Key Responsibilities:
Family & Personal Support:
- Manage the Director’s family calendar, including family events, social gatherings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for family vacations, personal trips, and events.
- Oversee household management, including liaising with domestic staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Plan and coordinate family events, celebrations, and vacations (including logistics, catering, invitations, etc.).
- Assist with personal errands such as shopping, gift purchasing, and other family-related tasks.
- Maintain and track household inventories, ensuring necessary items are replenished or ordered as needed.
Communication & Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director, family members, and external contacts.
- Maintain effective communication with household staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure that family members’ needs are met, providing a seamless experience for both the Director and their loved ones.
Additional Duties:
- Research and assist with finding appropriate services or accommodations for family needs (e.g., medical, legal, or personal).
- Provide occasional support for family members in managing their personal affairs as needed.
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and similar tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives or high-net-worth families
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred.
