Job Summary
The Recruiter Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with company hiring goals. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers, as well as promoting the employer brand to enhance the talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
· Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Build a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews and assessments, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
· Candidate Experience: Ensure professional, timely communication throughout the recruitment process, promoting the company’s values and culture.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, set timelines, and make informed hiring decisions.
· Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize recruitment strategies.
· Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal standards and recommend improvements for efficiency.
· Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, with proven recruitment experience.
· Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in HR/recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), with CEI certification as a plus, and experience in high-volume or specialized hiring.
