Job description:
- Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine (Milling/Lathe).
- Maintain quality output and safety standards.
- Keep records; maintain equipment and supplies for machining operation.
- Operate Manual Milling/Lathe when necessary.
Job requirements:
- Technical certificate and above in any Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in Cam software or M-Code, G-Code, know how to use Inventor Cam.
- Prefer to know how to operate manual machine (Milling/Lathe).
- Experience in fabricating automation parts preferred.
- Program, Set up and operate the CNC machine.
- Able to design fixtures for the require part when required.
- Able to calculate the cycle time and keep the job schedule within timeline given.
- Able to work overnight when required.
- Work overtime / rest day when requested.
- Know how to do stainless steel parts.
- Team player and able to work overtime when required.
