Job Duties:
- Responsible for all collection management activities
- Reach out to customers via phone and email to remind them to regularise their accounts.
- Visit customer premises to establish business presence and provide payment reminders.
- Achieve daily productivity targets for call attempts, customer contacts, and promises to pay.
- Offer customers clear and accurate information
- Accurately and promptly update all dunning and site visit records in the collections system.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the banking and finance industry
- Prior experience in Debt collections or Customer Service preferred
