Company Overview:
- Singapore-based SME specializing in regional trade and logistics. Our team supports the seamless movement of goods across Asia, including heavy machinery, raw materials, and food products, ensuring efficient operations from source to destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records (e.g., employment contracts, letters).
- Update HR databases (new hires, separations, leave records).
- Prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures.
- Manage foreign worker medical insurance and security bonds.
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
- Support the Accounts department with HR and administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and pantry items.
- Collaborate with recruiters to post job ads and process resumes.
- Create and distribute company policy guidelines and FAQs.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Develop training and onboarding materials.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
