1. Responsible for supervising the team
2. Ensure general hygiene and overall cleanliness of food stall areas
3. Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
4. Maintain workplace safety and health (WSH), Food safety and housekeeping in the process areas.
5. Resolves problems and issues arising from the purchase of supplies, services and equipment with external suppliers.
6. To manage and delegate staff duties and responsibilities.
7. To co-ordinate between Management and service staff.
8. To co-ordinate with suppliers and assure quality of supplies.
9. To build strong motivation and team building skills.
10. Any other responsibilities to ensure smooth operation of business.
