Full-time position for Chef of a Modern Fusion kitchen, serving a blend of Western and Eastern cuisines. Our food incorporates influences from Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, and other styles.
We are looking for a hardworking and innovative person, with a background in fine dining. Candidates should be willing and able to work under pressure and as a team to produce a high-class dining experience for customers.
Experience in kitchen management would be a plus, as well as having the ability to add to our innovative menu. Candidates should be prepared to showcase their work and/or prepare dishes in real time during the interview process.
Candidates should be able to speak in English in order to communicate with all members of the team.
We are offering SGD3500-4200/month for the right candidate, a standard number of days of leave, and off days each week.
