Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and young executive to manage the office and support the operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO or a Senior Executive designated by the CEO;
- Manage the Office and liasie with external service providers such as the accounting firm, the office cleaner and delivery and transport companies
- Arrange meetings for the CEO and take minutes of weekly meeting
- Keep track of leave application of staff
- Support the Production and Tech Support to obtain quotations, produce and delivery of robots
- Arrange for travels of staff
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or Office Management or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in office management and/or sales support role;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Willing to learn and work hard.
