Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategy planning for store sales and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular market analysis and research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities and to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Execute business objectives and operational plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
- Ensure all stores are meeting budget, goals, productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm promotion materials and events.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance visibility and outreach to potential customers.
Lease and Landlord Management
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords for renewals, extensions and terminations.
- Review lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant with legal standards.
- Play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with private and government landlords through professional servicing, responsive, prompt, and reliable communications.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a track record of increasing and sustaining sales growth and profitability even in challenging market conditions.
