Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that supports business objectives across all brands in the group, driving growth, market share, and brand equity.

- Lead market research efforts to understand global trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, ensuring the group stays ahead of market shifts.

- Align brand marketing strategies with overall company vision, business goals, and target market needs.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic business decisions, providing insights into marketing trends and customer needs.


Business Development & Growth:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including entering new markets, forging partnerships, and expanding the group's geographical presence.

- Lead efforts to establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.

- Oversee market entry strategies and ensure that each brand is positioned for success in both mature and emerging markets.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the group's B2B and B2C channels, driving sales across key accounts, catering partnerships, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identifying potential areas for business growth and innovation.


Brand Management & Positioning:

- Oversee brand architecture, ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity while aligning with the group’s core values.

- Drive innovation in brand positioning, messaging, and market expansion strategies, ensuring a strong presence in key international markets.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels (digital, print, in-store, etc.) to maintain brand integrity.


Digital & Performance Marketing:

- Lead the digital marketing transformation, leveraging SEO, social media, paid advertising, and CRM to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

- Optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the group’s premium offerings.

- Use data and analytics to refine marketing strategies, ensuring high ROI and continuous improvement in marketing campaigns.


Product Launches & Promotions:

- Plan and execute global product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers, ensuring maximum visibility and revenue growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, supply chain) to ensure timely and successful product introductions to the market.

- Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on results and feedback.


Team Development & Management:

- Lead, inspire, and develop the marketing and business development teams across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.

- Ensure continuous professional growth for team members, providing coaching and opportunities for development.

- Collaborate closely with regional marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on global and local initiatives.


Partnerships & Collaborations:

- Develop strategic partnerships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to elevate the group’s brands and reach target audiences.

- Oversee public relations and communications strategies to enhance brand reputation and address any potential issues.


Key Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of progressive marketing and business development experience, including leadership roles, in international or multi-brand hospitality, catering, or food service sectors. - Proven track record of developing and executing global marketing and business development strategies that deliver measurable results.

- Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Expertise in leading marketing and business development transformations, including digital marketing innovations, omnichannel strategies, and market expansion.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


Preferred:

- Experience in managing marketing operations and business development efforts across multiple international markets, including both mature and emerging markets.

- Knowledge of global food industry trends, sustainability practices, and customer preferences within catering or hospitality.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
