Responsibilities and Activities:
- Responsible to identify customers through cold calling and road show
- Drives the response for customers on their forwarding business opportunities
- Acts as the single point for the selling of all freight forwarding services and solutions across all Sea and Air business fields
- Consult with manager on decision-making and buying influences to understand customers’ business challenges
- Develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business strategy
- Maintains close communication with customer and operations to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations
Skills/Experience:
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.( will be an advantage)
- Must be able to speak persuasively in positive or negative environments
- Be a results-oriented team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
