We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship and Advertising Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales efforts, with a primary focus on TV ad sales and sponsorship opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leveraging current media trends to monetize opportunities across our TV channels. This role also includes event conceptualization and securing sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on TV ad sales and sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and partners.
- Lead pitches and develop high-quality proposals that tell compelling stories and drive ad sales.
- Conceptualize events that resonate with audiences, secure sponsorships, and generate additional revenue.
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts while maximizing individual sales performance.
- Stay current on media trends and industry changes, ensuring the company remains competitive in monetizing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize revenues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ad sales (TV, Radio, Print), with experience in the local market and a strong hunter mindset.
- Have an understanding of the local media & entertainment landscape and stay current with changes in the industry, competition etc.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to capitalize on current media trends.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet revenue targets.
- Strong connections with local advertisers and media agencies.
- Willing to travel within the APAC region.
