Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing activities and strategies to generate leads, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital, online and offline market research, target marketing, marketing campaigns, manage content creation, and analyse marketing results and performance. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a keen understanding of IT industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research, data-gathering on ERP market segments, decision-makers, communications channels, and customer needs to support data-driven marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel targeted marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (blogs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, social media posts) that aligns with the company's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis, to increase followers and engagement with the brand.
- Website Management: Assist with website updates, and content management to ensure high visibility and improved user experience.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events that drive lead generation and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, campaign effectiveness) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
