Contract Period: From 1 Dec 2024 to 30 Nov 2025. (With the option to extend till 30 Nov 2026)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am to 3.45pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Fridays: 6.45am to 3.15pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Working hours in a week: 42 hours
- Depending on school requirement, there may be a need to change the work hours to be anytime between 7am to 5.30pm.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
(a) Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch.
(b) Attending to pupils who are unwell in the General Office (GO) and ensuring that the school’s early dismissal procedure is adhered.
(c) Coordinate with Teacher in charge to update weekly school activities in the GO
(d) Pack and prepare materials to be distributed to all classes
(e) Compilation of simple information and statistics using MS Office
(f) Filing and distribution of school correspondences and materials
(g) Provide administrative support during major school events e.g P1 orientation etc
(h) Any other duties as assigned by School
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
(a) At least an GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
(b) Preferably well conversant in both English and Mandarin
(c) At least 3 years of experience providing admin support
(d) Proficient in MS Office
(e) Basic First Aid knowledge
(f) Good communication and inter-personal skills
(g) Good team player with high level of initiative
(h) Good customer service skills
(i) High level of initiative and able to work independently
(j) Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
