Sales Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Key invoice, sorting of documents, issuance of credit/debit note and delivery orders, settling discrepancy when required.
- Handle Supermarket, Minimarts, E-Commerce, Wholesale Ordering and queries. There are many orders through phone group chats. Applicant must be comfortable with liaising with customers in the group chats. Must reply to customers' feedback or enquiry.
- Answering of phone calls.
- Printing of labels.
- All other ad-hoc administrative-related activities as assigned by Manager.
Requirements and other information:
- Willing to work on Sundays/PHs if required. (Shift duty)
- 5.5days work week till the incumbent has learnt the process and is able to handle the weekends themselves. The department Manager will assess if the incumbent is ready to switch to alternate 5.5days work week (Between 3mths to 6mths time. Each individual learning capability is different. This is just a rough gauge and not an actual measurement).
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Relevant knowledge from FMCG industry would be advantageous.
