Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of all the financial activities of the Group.
- Cash flow management for the Group.
- Assist Executive Director in funding and improve weighted cost of capital.
- Responsible for management of the finance staff via senior management subordinates.
- Responsible for establishing and implementing technical accounting guidelines and standards.
- Evaluate overall operations of finance and corporate functions and recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Advise senior management on strategic accounting methods and implementation in support of business goals and objectives.
- Review and approve major cost and finance procedures and methodologies.
- Responsible for hiring and training of all finance and accounting staff together, in line with staffing budget and other guidelines as set by the Group.
- Responsible for all compliance matters in relation to those set by the regulators and Companies Act.
- Responsible for the establishment of best practices and compliance standards and controls within the financial framework.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating an accurate and robust financial reporting package that includes the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow in a timely manner so as to assist the management in the review of their operations.
- Assist and propose an effective management reporting system.
- Work with business operational heads to set their operational budgets, measurement of actual performances against budgets and investigate variances.

- Graduate degree in the Accounting discipline.
- At least 10 years senior financial management and planning experience.
- Demonstrated track record with regards to on-time delivery, and delivery to specification of major development projects.
- Possess demonstrable organizational and management skills, with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
