Digital Marketing Executive

International Bearings Pte. Ltd.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales of our products and services.

You will work closely with other departments and regional offices to execute online advertising campaigns, conduct marketing & research, website management, and implement marketing initiatives toward sales conversions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage offline and online marketing campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & E-Store
  • Design high-quality creatives for all media formats, including print media and artwork for online ad banners, mobile banners, infographics, social media, brochures, GIFs, and other promotional materials to drive promotions, engagement and grow follower base
  • Develop and engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns, including managing SEO, SEA, and SEM strategy and optimizing social media marketing
  • Managing website content to fully utilize the website platform to market (create, update, and upload information)
  • Review the website and digital platform analytics weekly to monthly to address where customers are dropping off, and test initiatives that will improve customer engagement. Identify an action plan to improve performance
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, devise strategies, and organize marketing events and trade exhibitions

The Successful Applicant:

  • A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Advertising & Promotions environment, or a similar capacity. Prior experience in digital/advertising agencies will be an added advantage
  • Familiar and fluent with digital/data tools, e.g., Google Analytics, BI tools, CRM/Marketing tools, etc, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and detailed individuals
  • Experienced in commercial social media platform management
  • Proficient in Adobe design tools would be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
