Description of Duties:
- Drive sales for our range of pre-owned vehicles, including luxury, and high-performance cars.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
- Stay informed on vehicle specs, features, and performance to provide well-informed guidance.
- Manage the entire sales process, including test drives and coordinating financing options.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings to better position our vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve feedback promptly.
- Engage with customers honestly and professionally to build trust and lasting relationship.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Experience in automotive, retail sales, service, and hospitality industries preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
