Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide administrative support and assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Reception Duties: Manage reception tasks, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Client Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with new client setups and exit activities to ensure a seamless transition.
- Secretarial Services: Provide secretarial support, including document preparation and filing.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete various ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team and operations.
Requirement:
- ITE/Diploma at least 2 years working experience in reception work.
Additional information:
- Working hour: Monday – Friday
- AWS Provided
- Up to up to $2800 (Depending on experience)
- Located at Raffles Place
