As part of their growth, our client is looking to hire a Business Support Associate to manage key relationships and to support franchise owners in the development of their learning centers and brand presence. This role is essential in fostering growth and enhancing the quality of education delivered to students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze performance metrics to recommend strategies that drive growth and improve instructional quality, as well as enhance communication with parents.
  • Conduct site visits to learning centers and follow up with franchise owners to support their growth objectives and improve educational delivery.
  • Offer training platforms and resources to ensure franchisees effectively implement the educational methodology and adhere to operational guidelines.
  • Identify marketing needs and collaborate with franchise owners to develop effective marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with support divisions to devise area expansion strategies that address market competition and increase market share.
  • Assist in planning and organizing the onboarding process for new franchisees to facilitate their integration into the network.

skills and experience required


To succeed in the role, you would require a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution from any field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in franchise operations and/or account management in a similar industry (education, adult learning, professional services, memberships, non-profit organisations etc). Additionally, you will require strong communication skills given that this is a role where you have to face multiple stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills will be crucial in the role and analytical skills will be required given the need to analyse data to provide franchise owners with strategies.
