Job Description: - Oversee daily sales activities for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., CMP tools) within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
- Direct and monitor the sales team to maximize market opportunities.
- Set sales forecasts and targets, providing guidance to achieve them.
- Drive and implement marketing efforts for semiconductor equipment.
- Develop and manage localized marketing and sales programs.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support.
- Establish industry pricing levels.
- Manage SAP ERP for tracking quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Work with the local team to win new accounts and contracts.
- Build strong customer relationships and acceptance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- about 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry
- willing to travel overseas for training and to visit customers within the region as needed. A vehicle allowance will be provided to those who own their vehicle.
