We are currently seeking a confident, team-oriented Admin Assistant with exceptional document management skills and multimedia operational experience. If you have a passion for organizing files, excel in creating and editing reports, and possess strong communication skills for client interaction, we welcome you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize daily files, including but not limited to invoices, receipts, quotations, ensuring a systematic and easily accessible filing system.
  2. Format and organize reports according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards.
  3. Assist managers in organizing daily required documents to enhance workflow efficiency.
  4. Take responsibility for a portion of client communication tasks, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.
  5. Participate in multimedia operational tasks as needed, assisting the team in promoting brand image.

Requirements:

  1. Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work harmoniously towards team goals.
  2. Extensive experience in document creation, editing, and organization, ensuring efficient task completion.
  3. Priority consideration for candidates with relevant experience in multimedia operations.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
