Job Purpose:
This role is an exciting career move into a global company as this is part of the Regional Digital & Technology team in Singapore and will work with global and regional stakeholders in business and technology, as well as our operating companies in the region. You are expected to identify and drive the most promising use cases to improve our business performance, be it from a revenue uplift or efficiency perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a vision & strategy for creating value by leveraging exponential technologies, in particular Hyperautomation & Generative AI, across our business functions and markets in APAC.
- Work with global and regional stakeholders in business and technology, as well as our operating companies in the region, to identify and drive the most promising use cases to improve our business performance, be it from a revenue uplift or efficiency perspective.
- Manage and scale the use cases effectively, ensuring alignment with the business objectives, priorities, and standards, as well as the best practices and governance of the technologies.
- Monitor and measure the impact and value of the use cases, and communicate the results and learnings to the relevant stakeholders and audiences.
- Build and maintain a strong network & relationship with technology partners, as well as the external ecosystem of experts and innovators in the field of exponential technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of exponential technologies, and assess their potential and relevance for our business and industry.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on the technologies and their implications for our business and industry, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.
Experience & Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in creating value by leveraging exponential technologies, in particular Hyperautomation and (Generative) AI, in large and complex organizations and/or reputable consulting firms.
- Proven track record of identifying and driving innovative and impactful use cases using Hyperautomation, Generative AI and Metaverse, and managing and scaling them effectively.
