JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and organize events such as conferences, meetings, and corporate functions
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
  • Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs
  • Book venues, arrange catering, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Handle all logistical details, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment
  • Ensure all event materials and supplies are prepared and delivered on time
  • Promote events through various channels, including social media, email, and print materials
  • Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, invitations, and brochures
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the event
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are delivered within budget
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the event’s success
  • Prepare reports on event outcomes and provide recommendations for future events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
