Job Description
- Maintain timely deliverable and accuracy of all business reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the different business departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into data requirements
- Work with analytics team to optimize the data flow and automate various data sources.
- Daily interaction with dashboard, CRM, and other database on data investigation to track performance of specific business needs.
- Translating all the data insights to help in making informed marketing, sales, and business strategies.
- Work with local and global analytics teams to drive digital transformation and training.
- Lead ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, Python would be advantageous
