6 Days work Week
Able to do night shifts (5pm-5am)
Staff meals provided
Location: City Hall
Requirements:
Relevant experience as Manager in a restaurant
Able to handle customer feedbacks profesisonally
Able to do staff rostering
Able to do service crew and housekeeping duties
Experience in planning and executing events (wine pairing dinners, festive dinners)
Able to work in hand with management to deliver key KPIs
