JOB DESCRIPTION
- To understand each department’s daily processes
- Job rotation between various departments
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and workshops
- Assist with daily tasks and projects within the department
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team members
- Learn and apply new skills relevant to the role and industry
- Seek feedback and continuously improve performance
- Provide support to colleagues and assist with various duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve various departmental goals
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Report on company progress
- Compile and evaluate performance reports
- Client business development and maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
