Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, using job boards, social media, and databases to find the best candidates
- Use targeted recruitment methods such as job advertising to attract high-quality applicants
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications, identifying candidates who best match the roles
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and potential
- Manage the interview process, shortlisting top candidates for further stages
- Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers, including negotiating agreements and offers
- Organize and lead job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company’s brand and attract talent, from planning to execution
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- No experience needed.
