A tax advisory firm is looking for a Fund Operations Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund administration and NAV calculation.
- Liaise with third parties, including compliance and corporate secretarial services.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual reports.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain oversight on technology risk management and IT infrastructure.
- Conduct business continuity planning and testing.
- Support the CEO in business development and other related company operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of NAV calculation and fund administration processes.
- Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
