Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager (Client Sales & Servicing Specialist) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving growth in client sales and servicing, particularly within the Financial Services sector, focusing on Retail Investment Products and Insurance Advisory. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship management skills, a creative approach to sales strategy development, and the capability to engage clients effectively. Selected candidates will be entrusted with an established pool of clients (clients provided), creating an excellent foundation for immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Capitalize on Sales Opportunities: Proactively pinpoint potential sales opportunities, devise actionable strategies, and generate new business leads for the company.
- Client Meetings and Follow-ups: Engage with both prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects to foster trust and loyalty.
- Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Strive to exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and continuously expanding client portfolios.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and appealing in a rapidly evolving market.
Requirements:
- Sales-Driven with a People-First Approach: Passionate about sales, results-focused, and adept at building meaningful client relationships.

Remuneration & Benefits:
