We are looking for a full-time Curriculum Specialist in English, Mandarin, and Mathematics, to guide our students from all walks of life and background on their educational growth journeys. You will be a key representative of our company, motivating, and helping potential students to make informed decisions towards their next step in life, creating a positive impact in their lives, as well as keeping parents informed of their child’s educational growth and plan strategic educational road maps together with them to help their child to fully enable their potential.
· Job Scope:
· Derive and execute engaging English, Mandarin, and Mathematics curriculums and teaching materials effectively.
· Effectively utilize teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
· Monitor student progress, set improvement goals, conduct academic evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
· In charge of International A Levels students in our company’s portfolio
· Build rapport with students and parents, effectively communicating students’ academic progress and addressing concerns
· Planning educational strategic roadmaps with students and parents to maximize the students’ capabilities and potential
· Using different coaching methods to meet the diverse competency levels of students, providing individualized support and guidance
· Conduct curriculum research and analysis
· Participate in curriculum development with stakeholders
· Design, edit, and create effective comprehensive teaching materials, incorporating the latest trends in education
· Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Reporting directly to our Managing Director
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Singaporeans or PR only
- All racial demographics are welcomed
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any Education related fields or its’ equivalent
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to manage parents’ enquiries, provide feedback, and guide them on supporting their child’s educational growth due to most existing clients are from China.
- Minimum 5years of teaching experience in an educational institution
- Familiar with International A Levels process
- International School experience will be a plus
- Familiarity with International High School system and processes will be a plus
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays
- Not exceeding 44hours a week
- Any overtime will be paid accordingly
Salary:
- $4500 to $5500 depending on experience
