Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of project
- Liaise with Subcontractors, Surveyors and Site Supervisors/Foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site
- Attend regular meetings with Owner/Client/Contractors/Subcontractors on the project related matters
- Carry out site inspection and ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standards
- Create project plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage and mentor Engineers and other team members
- Ensure all works follow the safety and industry regulations
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent as recognized by PE board
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Construction industry
- Independent with good communication skills
- A team player with positive working attitude
- Highly driven and motivated
- Certificate in WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry, WSQ Manage Work At Height are required
