Job Description:
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to the department
- Taking minutes of meetings and coordinating meetings as well as the logistical requirements for overseas conferences.
- Typing, filing and photocopying of medical reports and other official documents, handling telephone enquiries from patients,
- Assist in coordinating undergraduate teachings, weekly educational activities and other related administrative duties.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Meticulous, independent, resourceful and mature
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
