Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop business partnerships with distribution channels and new clients.
2. Facilitate prospective client demo calls and distill client feedback to internal teams.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing institutional and individual clients in the region, drive successful sales in terms of AUM and trading volume through Amber platforms, both online and offline.
4. Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth and compliant execution in local markets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in financial institutions, fintech, or crypto/blockchain.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
5. Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
6. Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.
7. Good team player with a startup mindset and respect for timelines.
8. Demonstrated interest in digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets preferred.
