Job Description :
The Sales Executive acts as the point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in professional manner.
Follow up with existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visits to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested.
Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
Follow up with contractors/engineers/architects/developers on new or existing projects.
Follow up on contacts/enquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills :
Self-driven, meticulous and possess high degree on initiative and integrity.
Strong customer service orientation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate, detailed conscientious and able to work independently.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
With knowledge of the construction industry preferred but not essential.
Have a good sales record.
Basic salary from SGD3,500 to SGD4,500 base on experience and qualifications + attractive commission + car allowance
