Job Description & Requirements
- Candidate must possess knowledge on different variety of fruits and vegetables products
- Liaise and negotiate with different suppliers regarding purchasing orders and quality.
- Monitor fruit and vegetable stock levels, delivery schedules, and product quality from different suppliers.
- Maintain stock levels for central fruit and vegetable items and distribute products to other stores as and when required.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels for each store, according to local demand taking into account seasonal supply and promotional activities.
- Ensure that packing and display of items are maintained to high standards.
- Provide accurate information on products' features, pricing and sales services
- Ensure all fruit and vegetables in all stores are monitored and managed for wastage and shrinkage.
