Job Responsibilities:
- Render support to M&E Manager/ProjectManager for the successful execution of projects.
- Plan, execute and supervise M&E and civil structure works; ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
- Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.
- Able to assist to conduct coordination meeting and take down minutes.
- Coordinate and work closely with client,sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues.
- Ensure good document control and filing.
- Oversee and ensure works is carried out inaccordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in M&E and rail projects.
- Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills.
- Class 3 driving license will be addedadvantage.
- Salary package commensurate withexperience.
