Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on a global scale while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage entire operation (not limited to Chartering, scheduling, Port Management and offshore EPC Management)
- Lead and manage global projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives across different regions.
- Manages the project’s team and KPI, ensuring that personnel understand the project's stakes and organization, share the objectives, and are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Pitch-in to resolve the drilling obtrudes or any issues which arise, assist rig down/rig up operations by coordinating and controlling.
- Ensure that all reporting routines are followed and that all equipment related paperwork are carried out within his area of responsibility.
- Be Company’s Focal Point of Contact, handle and resolve Client’s request and expectation
- Manages the relationships with all the external and internal stakeholders to ensure contract's requirements fulfilment and corporate matters.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets on a global basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in different regions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a global mindset.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in an Offshore environment, preferably in Marine/Oil and Gas industry. Middle East experience is a plus.
- Good track record with international projects (eg. Offshore, EPC projects etc)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
