Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist (6-Month Contract)
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,200
Key Requirements:
- Travel: Must be comfortable traveling between offices (Buona Vista / Tanjong Pagar) when required
- Requirement: Ability to walk up and down a one-story spiral staircase regularly
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors, register them in the Visitor Management System, and assist in a courteous manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the reception area, ensuring smooth day-to-day visitor operations
- Coordinate with service assistants to maintain meeting room readiness and ensure visitors are attended to promptly
- Provide event and logistics-related support as needed
- Act as a backup for team members during absenteeism
