Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates should exhibit initiative, self-motivation, the ability to handle stress, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations for both local and overseas customers.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers and the internal logistics team.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure listings are updated and assigned tasks are completed.
- List new item SKUs in supermarket outlets such as Fairprice, Giant, Prime, Sheng Siong, and pet shops.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree qualification(s).
- Experience in handling listings for supermarkets such as Fairprice, Sheng Siong, Prime, and pet shops is an advantage.
- 5-day work week.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
