We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and detail-oriented NDT
Systems Engineer to join our team. This role demands extensive
expertise in advanced NDT methods, system design, programmin
and hands-on testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven trac
record in operating and programming advanced NDT equipment,
including PAUT, ToFD, DRT, ECT, and ACFM, and will possess
advanced skills in software and mechanical design.
1. Advanced NDT Equipment Handling:
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT): Operate PAU
systems, including setting up and calibrating equipment
configuring probe arrays, and conducting complex
inspections on various materials.
Direct Radiography Testing (DRT): Execute DRT
procedures, including optimizing exposure parameters,
interpreting radiographic images, and ensuring complia
with safety and quality standards.
Eddy Current Testing (ECT): Perform ECT for detecting
surface and near-surface flaws, including setting up test
parameters and analyzing signals.
Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM): Utili
ACFM to detect and size surface-breaking defects, includ
setting up equipment and interpreting measurement da
2. System Design and Programming:
Automatic Immersion Systems: Design, program, and
implement automated immersion systems for ultrasoni
testing. This includes developing custom software soluti
and integrating with hardware components.
Software Simulation: Use CIVA software to simulate an
model NDT scenarios, optimizing test setups and predic
inspection outcomes.
Equipment Programming: Develop and troubleshoot
custom programming for ultrasonic testing equipment,
including creating scripts for specific test procedures an
automating test sequences.
3.Technical Skills:
CIVA Software:
Advanced knowledge of CIVA software fNDT simulation and modeling.
SolidWorks and AutoCAD:
Proficient in SolidWorks formechanical design and AutoCAD for technical drawing.
Programming Skills:
Experienced in programmingultrasonic testing equipment, including creating customscripts and automation solutions.
