Job Description:
- Efficiently manage the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all logistics are in place for appointments and events.
- Collaborate with HR director to assist in HR and administrative functions
- Coordinate company culture events to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall effectiveness of the VP and HR team
The Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in calendar management and administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possesses good communication skills and able to multitask
