We are seeking talented Software Developers to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their programming skills to solve complex problems across various domains. You will be responsible for implementing solutions, and contributing both technically and creatively to a variety of projects in different verticals (e.g., smart cities, AEC, security, and facilities management). Familiarity in the area of computer vision or using AI to solve complex problems is a plus. Collaborate with world-class customers and partners to push the envelope of technology in the digital twin space.

Responsibilities
- Implement, debug, and support new functionalities in applications
- Read and comprehend research papers to implement innovative solutions
- Experiment and use rapid prototyping while making strong architectural and algorithmic decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and iterate on features
- Collaborate with other developers on ongoing feature development
- Optimize and fix bugs in existing projects and applications
- Contribute ideas to all aspects of project production and development
- Write robust, maintainable code
- Utilize emerging technologies to create new tools and systems for interactive real-time production
- Develop and enhance web-based applications and platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional programming experience
- Strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Experience with web-based technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong algorithmic and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and implement solutions from research papers
- Familiarity in computer vision is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, and able to work independently
- Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside established solutions
- A background in GIS or developing simulation tools like serious games or training simulators is desirable but not mandatory
