- Sales of the Company’s waterproofing solutions in the building & construction industry
- Plan and implement sales strategies
- Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline
- Draft and provide accurate quotations and follow-ups with potential clients for sales of services
- To determine method of waterproofing for different types of water seepages
- Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers and professional advice to client when required
- Perform thorough visual on-site inspections for diagnostic of waterproofing issues.
- Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market, and customer needs and preferences.
- Initiative to resolve potential conflicts at site.
- Work closely with Operation team for timely delivery
- Ensure all health and safety practices and procedures.
- To all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 4 years work experience in waterproofing related / building construction industry.
- Possess own transport.
