Job Description
- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&E trades on site ;
- Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Knowledge in Architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
- Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate ;
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
- Able to work independently and in a team
