We are looking for a highly passionate individual to join our dynamic, fast growing team in Malaysia and Singapore. Working closely with the management, you will be responsible to support in all aspects of human resource and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Job Description:
- Manage to handle monthly payroll process for both Singapore and Malaysia companies. Calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information accurately according to payroll requirements.
- Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee's attendance, leave/medical record in HR system.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents into P-File.
- Follow up on employees’ confirmation.
- Handle the issuance of standard human resources letters, documents, memos, and other correspondence.
- Generate and provide employees' pay slip and answer queries relating to payroll, leave, income tax etc.
- Responsible for recruitment process.
- Support in ensuring that all on-boarding and off-boarding documents for employees are collated
- WP, SP and EP application and renewals.
- Insurance renewal/ claim (WICA) and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance (FWMI).
- Prepare and manage all statutory submissions, payment and processing of government claims, eg. reservist, child-care, paternity, maternity etc.
- Perform annual IR8A tax submission and IR21 for tax clearance.
- Liaise with Malaysia government body related to payment contribution, SOCSO claim, EA form and tax clearance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and provide advice on HR to HODs and managers.
- Assist to implement and manage human resources policies, handbook, SOPs etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Candidates without the academic qualification will be considered if they have the necessary experience.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act.
- Self-starter, proactive, effective problem-solving approach, well organized.
- Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a sense of urgency
- Adopt a continuous learning mindset and adaptable to changes.
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
Additional:
- Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday) 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
