Job Description:
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS Systems in local market.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
- Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.
- Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS Systems
- Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
