Responsibilties
- You and your team will work directly with internal/external customers to understand their technical needs, design customized solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation and customer success teams.
- Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships with customers will be essential to your success in this role.
- You will play a pivotal role in the sales process, providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the development of technical proposals.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in leading a solutions engineering/consulting team in Asia Pacific region
- Strong coding skills in any popular programming language, with the ability to understand and write complex code.
- Good understanding of API integrations and working with webhooks to streamline workflows.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations and developing technical proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in competitive analysis and market research.
- Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
