Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases manufacturing MNCs based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and passionate Data Analyst, for their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Work with group companies to collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Ability to data manipulation and apply statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders (familiar with regression and time series analysis)
- Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations
- Automate existing recurring reports and analyses
- Design and develop the data architecture for BI solutions
- Build data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions
- Ad-hoc analysis required by management to support strategic initiative
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computing, statistics, business analytics, finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business setting focused on data analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Knowledge in database, data modelling and ETL pipeline development
- Knowledge in SQL, and Python is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
