Project Coordinator
The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to Zero or minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site even though he/she is not the chief-in-charge of the project.
- Completing Quality Inspections.
- Manage orders and deliveries of construction materials.
- Responsibility and coordination of labor and materials to be utilized at the site.
- Ensuring that all work is completed according to the specifications set forth by the client.
- Adhoc additional duties assigned by time to time.
